On behalf of the faculty and staff at East Coweta Middle School, I would like to share with each of you a warm welcome to the 2019/20 school year! Thank you for taking the time to visit the ECMS website. We hope that this website continues to provide a place for you to find relevant information about our school, information about upcoming events, and also photos and news of the great things happening at EC Middle.

We thank you for sending us your best student each and every day, and for trusting us with the education and best interest of your student. It is because of the wonderful students, parents, and faculty/staff that we will continue to excel in academics, fine arts, and athletics. Your support and involvement make all the difference. Opportunities for additional involvement are always available with the PTO, School Council, or as a supporter and volunteer with the clubs and activities that regularly take place on our campus. Please let us know if you would like to be get more involved.

With that said, our staff and faculty are also here to support you and your student. Our goal is to meet the individual needs of each and every student. Through our course offerings and varying levels of academic courses available, your student has the opportunity to build academic skills in a challenging but supportive environment. Your student also has the opportunity to develop interests and hobbies outside of the academic realm through our many connections classes, extra-curricular activities, and athletic programs. As you can tell, we truly educate the whole child.
